Prior knowledge; How is it evolved from different phases? Where does the water go?

The water cycle be be changed in different phases as it is traveling around the Earth. First the cycle starts off with:
"Condensation: When the water is being evaporated it goes in the air it gets cold turning back into liquid. This is condensation.
Precipitation:Precipitation occurs when so much water has condensed that the air cannot hold it anymore. The clouds get heavy and water falls back to the earth in the form of rain, hail, sleet or snow.Collection:When water falls back to earth as precipitation, it may fall back in the oceans, lakes or rivers or it may end up on land. When it ends up on land, it will either soak into the earth and become part of the “ground water” that plants and animals use to drink or it may run over the soil and collect in the oceans, lakes or rivers where the cycle starts."(Grace, Roshni, Jade and Anegel,2013)
AND THEN IT STARTS ALL OVER AGAIN!!
Day 1: Should acknowledge what they know about the water cycle and how it is transferred in different phases through the cycle such as snow, sleet ,hail (gas), liquid(rain) ice(solid form). They will go ahead and watch and learn about this and where the water goes within the cycle.
- They will do a diagram of the "Change of State" and the water cycle once they have learned about it. Once they are done with their diagram they will go ahead and add it to their Gallery Walk. This day should show their creativity side when they are doing their diagram or graphic organizers.
